PayPal is currently the preferred form of payment. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay through them – simply enter in your credit or debit card information when directed to their site without signing up for an account.

You may also pay via direct checkout using a credit or debit card. These transactions are handled through Shopify and their payment processing company, Stripe.

Payment in full is due at time of purchase. Items that are in stock will not be shipped and made to order / custom made items will not be made until payment is received and has cleared.

I reserve the right to cancel / void unpaid or partially paid transactions.

Our regular processing time (turnaround time) for all orders is 1 – 3 weeks (5-15 business days)* unless otherwise noted on the Supermoon Lacquer main page and/or on individual listings. This is the amount of time that passes from when your payment clears OR the preorder ends to when your order is shipped and does NOT include the time it takes for USPS to deliver your package.

*This length of time is subject to change and can often be longer during collection releases and during the holiday season. It also does NOT include items that are on pre-sale or pre-order. Their TAT will be specified on their listings.

I try and package every order so they arrive safely and unharmed.

Please open and inspect your purchase as quickly as possible once you have received it. If there is an issue, you must contact me within 3 business days of delivery. I’m sorry, but no exceptions. Refunds or exchanges will not be given if contacted after this period of time.

Due to the nature of the product, all nail polishes sales are FINAL. Refunds and exchanges for jewelry orders are given on a case by case basis. Once I have received your inquiry for either, I will do my best to resolve any dissatisfaction you may have.

Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. The buyer is also responsible for any costs included in the refund / exchange process, and may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for an exchange.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday ONLY and exclude holidays in which the post office is closed. If I am unable to mail your purchase within the estimated time frame stated under the TAT / Processing Time section above or on the website’s front page due to a personal emergency or illness, I will contact you immediately. We can then discuss any and all possible options to find the best way to proceed with your order.

Orders are packaged with extreme care to help prevent damage during shipment. Nail polish bottles are placed in individual bubble bags before wrapped in tissue paper and packed into either a box or padded envelope with more tissue paper for extra padded. Each order includes a business card and thank you note which includes polish application tips as well as a list of ingredients.

Please note that the shipping confirmation email you receive is automatically sent when I print out your shipping label and does not necessarily mean your order has actually been shipped. To help speed up the packaging process, shipping labels are typically printed out a few days prior to when an order is actually mailed. The tracking information in the confirmation email will be updated once your order has actually been dropped off at the post office.

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail, depending on what you pick during checkout. Selecting Priority Mail will also insure your package for up to $100. If you’d like additional insurance or to insure an order shipped First Class, please contact me PRIOR to completing your purchase so that I can set it up for you.

Delivery times vary based on method of shipping. Orders shipped First Class Mail have an estimated delivery time of 3 – 7* business days and orders sent Priority Mail have an estimated delivery time of 2 – 3* business days.

Domestic orders of $85 or more will receive FREE Standard First Class Shipping! This is done automatically during checkout – no code necessary.

*Please note that these are ESTIMATIONS ONLY and that all delivery times can vary. Situations such as bad weather and times of heavy shipping traffic (Christmas) can cause unavoidable delays. Delivery estimations exclude weekends and holidays.

All Supermoon Lacquer nail polishes are cruelty-free and 5-free – they’re never tested on animals and do not contain the following harmful chemicals: Toluene, Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde Resin, and Camphor.

Nail polish is flammable – do not use near heat or open flame. Do not use while smoking. Apply while in a well ventilated area. Not for internal consumption. Keep out of the reach of small children. Handmade in North Texas, USA.

Please remember to store your polishes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to keep the colors from fading. When first receiving your order, allow your nail polish to warm up or cool down to room temperature before opening the bottle – this helps prevent the polish from thickening due to the sudden change in temperature.

It is recommended to ALWAYS use both a base coat and top coat when using Supermoon Lacquer nail polishes. Shake or gently roll the bottle prior to application. Always use thin coats and allow each one to fully dry before applying another.
